Dill-Buttered Salmon

Tub margarine (or hard margarine softened) ¼ cup (60 ml)
Lemon pepper 1 tsp (5 ml)
Chopped Fresh dill (or 2 ½ tsp, 12 ml dried) 3 tbsp (50 ml)
Salmon Steaks (about 6 oz, 170 g, each) 4
- Preheat barbecue to high. Combine margarine, lemon pepper and dill in a small bowl.
- Cook salmon on greased grill for 1 minute. Turn. Spread grilled side with margarine mixture. Close lid. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily with fork. Serves 4 people.
