Makes 4 servings
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ tsp pepper
4 4oz fresh salmon fillets, about 1” thick
- In a small bowl, combine hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil and pepper.
- Pat salmon dry and coat with sauce.
- Preheat barbecue or broiler and cook salmon for about 5 minutes per side. (you can also bake salmon 10 to 12 minutes in preheated 425° F oven)
